Welcome to the 2025 Pre-Skim Dance** with the **Homecoming String Band**

We are so glad to welcome back The Homecoming String Band who are going to wow us with an energetic celebration of the huge contribution Scotland has made to American Folk Music. They bring some of the best music back over the Atlantic to find its roots – blending Appalachian and Bluegrass material with Scottish jigs and reels, and a sprinkling of their favourite songs from both the UK and USA folk/roots scene.

Get ready to kick off the weekend and rock out with some toe-tapping tunes and lively dancing. Join us on **Fri Sep 05 2025** at **7:00 PM** at the Seil Island Community Hall for a night of fun and dancing. Doors and bar open 7.00 pm, band on at 8 pm.
