This World's Best Morning is hosted by our friends from Unionen.

Working life is changing rapidly with digitization and globalization, and new ways of organizing are accompanied by specific and partly conflicting norms and values. On the one hand, creativity, innovation, diversity and self-government is emphasized. On the other hand, rectification, rules and standardization is emphasized.

Commitment and digitization are issues for everyone, in addition to stress, unhealthiness and lack of leadership. What happens if the boss loses commitment, for example?

Unionen, together with Lund University and Odd Company, will explore what increased availability and a more boundless working life does to us working there.

New research from Lund University shows that not only the employees can be negatively affected by digitization and increased accessibility, it also affects the companies’ finances.

During this morning, we will take a closer look at a couple of really interesting aspects of the rapidly changing working life of today, as well as some related concepts – such as the “Pause Pod”, the world’s first private pop-up space dedicated for relaxation.
