The government legislation compelling employers to enter their staff into a qualifying pension scheme, which unlike stakeholder legislation will affect businesses that have one or more staff.
It introduces compulsory enrolment with employee and employer contributions. It will be the employer's responsibility to meet their obligations under the Pension Reform Act.”

I have asked my colleague Beth who I have included in this email to provisionally book The Pension Regulator (TPR) speaker for the agreed provisional date of Tuesday November 01st 10am registration at a venue to be confirmed in Cardiff. I believe TPR may want confirmation of venue before they are happy to confirm speaker availability, when will you be able to confirm venue?
