Woven Christmas Card workshop

Get into the festive spirit with Studio Texteal as you learn the skills of warp and weave to create your own woven Christmas card design. This beginner-friendly workshop will guide you through the process of developing your own design inspired by Christmas trees or baubles. Using yarn and fabric, you’ll learn simple weaving techniques to make a beautiful handmade card to treasure or gift.

Studio Texteal brings together a love of textiles to design, create and connect with people looking to learn new making skills. Studio Texteal is co-run by Claire, who has a background in weaving and papermaking, and Hannah, who has extensive hand and digital embroidery skills. They are based in the heart of Manchester at Grit Studios, from where they run textile workshops.
