Agnis Smallwood is a Yorkshire based designer and educator known for their innovative and collaborative approach to textiles, combining contemporary and traditional approaches to textile craft in their work.

The Craft Centre are lucky to host Agnis for an afternoon workshop, offering participants the opportunity to produce an elegant wall-hanging under her expert guidance.

Join Agnis as she shares her love of weaving at The Craft Centre this July. In this workshop you will learn how to weave your very own wall hanging. Through group demonstrations and one to one support you will be able to create your own bespoke design. You will be shown how you can incorporate a range of different techniques within your work, as well as being able to select from a range of different materials to use, including natural and synthetic yarns in a huge variety of colours.
