Event description

Description

PLEASE NOTE: timings for this event have been altered to allow for the University-wide stoppage time for the Climate Emergency Strike. The session will now run from 12.30 - 14.00 instead.

This is an information and development session for colleagues at the University of Leeds who are involved in the development of WRDTP Pathway Studentship Award Applications.

The session will take place over lunch in the Research Meeting Rooms (Level 13), Edward Boyle Library. Lunch will be provided.

This session is designed to explore how we, as an institution, can explore the requirements of the WRDTP pathway awards, the application process and our lines of approach to ensure that Leeds is submitting applications of a consistently high standard.

Prior to the session, you may like to take a look at the latest iteration of Guidance Notes that the WRDTP has published in relation to the Pathway Awards.

This session will be led by WRDTP Academic lead, Professor Stuart Lister, with Dr Ana Manzano.

Re the Network and Colaborative studentship awards: colleagues from the WTDTP Office will be offering development sessions about these awards on 9 October, 11.30 - 13.00 in the Research Meeting Rooms, Edward Boyle Library. A booking form to attend these sessions will be added to the WRDTP website in early September.
