Write Café at the Multifaith Chaplaincy: Staff Wellbeing Workshops
Date and time
Join colleague Kelly Stevens this summer as she hosts regular writing for wellbeing sessions. Exeter, Falmouth & FX Plus staff all welcome.
About this event
Take a breather in your busy work day by taking some time out for yourself to be creative, connect with others and recharge. Held in the nurturing space of the chaplaincy, you will be given mindful writing prompts and be introduced to poetry and prose to uplift and energise you. Bring your lunch and we’ll make you a cuppa. No writing experience necessary – just come along with an open mind.
The sessions will be led by Kelly Stevens, administrator on the Social Innovation Group’s Project HAIRE . Kelly is also the co-chair of Cornwall Lapidus (the writing for wellbeing organisation) and runs the Write Café.
You can find out more about the Write Café on their Facebook or Instagram profiles
Staff from Exeter, Falmouth & FX Plus are all welcome. Contact Kelly for further information: k.stevens@exeter.ac.uk
Please do sign up in advance, this will really help Kelly.
The workshop will take place in the Multifaith Chaplaincy, Tremough Barton Cottage 8 on the Penryn campus. It is a cosy and welcoming space with sofas, tables and tea/coffee making facilities.
