We know it’s good to talk. We also know that regular expressive writing does wonders for wellbeing. Facilitator Tara Guha will share prompts to get you talking, scribbling and honing your words. This is an ideal chance to explore your creativity and wellbeing in a supportive space, and to see if in-person Write Club is for you. No experience necessary – just a pen and paper by your side!
