Write On!

A space to continue to "come and get some actual writing done".

Whether you are working on some poems, a novel, a work project or a short story, we invite you to come write with us!

No one will read your work or offer to critique it.

The NWS group of Write On! is a monthly place where you can come and write on your piece in a safe place and designed to support the ethos of our Shut Up & Write! monthly sessions.

Your host is Debra Urbacz. She will support you with timed writing blocks to help you stay focused for the first 90 minutes. Once the writing is done you can stay and chat or head off home, knowing you have worked on your writing goals.

Bring your writing tools and your enthusiasm and we will see you very soon for the NWS sessions of Write On!

These sessions are held in a creative space at the back of The Place Community and Activity Centre, 2a Melrose Street, Sherwood, NG5 2JP in the Thortify Art Hub.

There is limited FREE parking available in the courtyard but also two-hour parking spots in the street before you turn into the gates.

FREE tea and coffee (and water) is also available.
