Description

The Scottish Recovery Network's Write to Recovery programme and Real Talk are coming together to collaborate for an exciting storytelling event during the Scottish Mental Health Arts Festival!

Past participants of the Write to Recovery process will be supported in learning how to craft and share their stories, which lends an incredible opportunity for you to listen~

Come along for a powerful evening of personal stories around experiences of mental ill health. Prepare be inspired, be humbled and be connected. Here is what some past audience members have had to say: "Amazing. It was so powerful to hear these incredible stories and really pushed me to start thinking about my own problems in a 'storytelling' way" and "Unexpectedly enlightening. I was in awe at how brave people were in sharing their stories and I was surprised that everyone led everyday lives."

The evening will include storytelling, an informal Q&A and culiminate in a wee writing excerise.
