ABOUT WRITE-UP HOUR IN SUPPORT OF CHOOSE LOVE 💕💕💕

A cosy, prompt-led hour to spark ideas & revisit old notes — all in support of Choose Love.

Come & join me for some feel-good scribblin.... gentle creativity & of course friendly company.

I’m finally doing something I’ve wanted to try for a long time: creating a space where we gather with a prompt at the top then settle in & scribble from the comfort of your ow space!

Bring whatever you like — a fresh page, a half-full notebook, or fragments of an idea that might one day become a poem or a piece you don’t just tuck lovingly into a drawer but actually write & share eventually!

Not only are we holding a space for your writing but we’re also helping humans who really need us right now. All proceeds go to Choose Love, the Creative Writing Breakfast Club’s chosen charity… so really, what have you got to lose?

Laurie Bolger is a London based writer & the founder of The Creative Writing Breakfast Club. Laurie’s work has been widely anthologised & has featured at Glastonbury, TATE, Sky Arts & BBC Global News. Laurie’s first publication Box Rooms celebrated community & her W10 roots. Laurie was the winner of The Moth Poetry Prize in 2023 & was shortlisted for The Sylvia Plath, Bridport & Forward Poetry Prizes.
