our health and well-being.
To write, helps us untangle what feels heavy and discover the quiet
strength within ourselves. Through words we will find the light to form our
thoughts.
Your writing will be a soft place to land, a way to reflect, release and
begin to heal. Each page holding a space for peace, clarity and a gentle
renewal.
For this course you will be introduced to different genres of creative
writing to support your healing journey.
Join a gathering of people to share and weave together a tapestry of
your ideas.
