Lunch Break Learning – Training Series for NHS Managers Session 1: Writing a Business Case
This is the first of four lunchtime training sessions designed to support NHS managers in developing the knowledge and skills needed to write strong business cases.
The sessions are particularly relevant for managers and leaders who may be required to prepare or contribute to business cases in their role. Each session is delivered by a Senior Lecturer in MBA Healthcare Management at Roehampton University and is tailored to NHS priorities.
