About this event

AGENDA:

Writing a One Page Business Plan - 3pm - 5pm

Business Networking 5pm -7pm

Plans are often out-of-date before they are written. In this workshop, you will write a one-page business plan using this Lean Canvas as your one-page business plan. All you need to bring is your knowledge of your business, your customers, and any plans you have for marketing and selling.

You will find the strengths and weaknesses in your plans.

Most importantly, you will come away from this workshop with a living document that you can evolve as you grow your business or business idea and not one that remains in a drawer, collecting dust!

This workshop will be lead by Mark Elliott, former Lean Company UK Ambassador.

Details of how to join the programme can be found https://www.startupschoolforseniors.com/

The workshop will be followed by a networking event to which local North Paddington residents are free to attend.
