Do I need writing experience?

None at all! Writers' Gym members include total beginners, experienced authors and everyone in between.

A welcoming atmosphere, a chance to explore new tools and ideas, and to build creative confidence.

Will you read my work during the afternoon workshop?

The afternoon workshop is about exploring ideas and creating new material in a group situation, so while we will discuss ideas we won't have detailed feedback in that session. For feedback on your work-in-progress, see below.

Will you read my work in the Feedback Circle Add-on?

If you purchase a ticket for our Feedback Circle, you can choose to send up to 2500 words of your writing for Rachel and the group to look at and give feedback on. This add-on is available at check-out.
