Dialogue can sometimes feel a little flat or messy in stories, but it needs to be punchy, characterful and effective. Come along and delve deeper, looking at technical and creative approaches to dialogue including:

• Mastering format
• Using subtext
• Character voice
• Top tips
• Alternatives to dialogue
• Using dialogue to enhance scene, tone and theme
