Writing For Well Being

Tuesday evenings 6.30 - 8.30pm for five weeks 19th January - 16th February 2021

Society is currently experiencing a mental health crisis. Not only are we experiencing the effects of a health pandemic, we are time-poor, constantly rushing, always stressed and subject to the damaging chatter of social media and other digital pressures. Drawing from work I've been doing with hospice patients and mental health charities, I will be offering writing as a means of enhancing your wellbeing. Among other things, we'll be looking at journaling, scrapbooking and poetry.
