Writing For Wellbeing - free 5-week course for adults, age 19+

Take time for yourself and discover how creative writing can support your wellbeing. This friendly five-week course offers a safe and supportive space to explore your thoughts and creativity through writing.
Each week we'll introduce a different theme to spark ideas and help you connect with your inner voice. Whether you're looking to reduce stress, find clarity, or simply enjoy some creative time out, this course offers a relaxing and encouraging environment where words can work wonders.
Perfect for beginners and returners - just bring a pen and paper.
Venue
This course takes place at the Parish Room at St David's Church, off Queen's Terrace. Look out for the bright pink banner to help you find us!
We take a break with free tea and coffee provided.
The room is fully accessible.
Commitment: we ask learners to try and commit to the full 5-week course to enable everyone to get the most from the sessions.
Courses are popular and we run a waiting list on our Eventbrite courses, please cancel your place on Eventbrite, or advise us if you are no longer able to attend the course so we can offer your place to somebody else.
