About this event

Community want to give you some tips on writing for your wellbeing. Writing can make you feel happier and calmer; it can reduce stress and boost your mood. This hourlong workshop will use simple, friendly techniques to introduce you to the emotional and physical benefits of writing. the workshop is facilitated by a professional writer and skilled group leader – expect a warm welcome, accessible writing exercises, chat and laughter!
