Writing for Wellbeing Workshop
Overview
Join us for a nurturing in-person workshop designed to explore the power of writing as a tool for self-care, reflection, and emotional wellbeing. During the session, you'll be gently guided through a series of creative and reflective writing exercises—no pressure to share, no experience required.
Expect a warm, welcoming environment, with moments for quiet reflection, optional sharing, and cups of tea.
This event is facilitated by psychotherapist Georgina Terry (MBACP). Georgina has been practicing as an integrative therapist for seven years and has worked both in private practice and for The School of Life.
