About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours

Dreams are a wonderful source of inspiration for writing. They help us to understand ourselves, our wishes and desires, and align with our truest intentions.

This two-hour workshop invites you to spend time with your dreams, both the ones you have while sleeping and the ones you have for your waking life. Giving dedicated time to the world of dream, we’ll do some focused, practical writing exercises to help you build or grow a relationship with them that will help you listen to the deeper levels of yourself and work closely with your intuition, desires and fears. The intention is to unlock awareness you can use for guidance in your day-to-day and night-to-night life, whether you choose to use this as fuel for nonfictional life writing, fiction writing, or anything in between.

We’ll be working with different types of dreams: night dreams, day dreams, and the dreams you have for your life, whether you see them as big or small.

This workshop is suitable for beginner and intermediate writers. No previous experience of dream work is necessary, only a willingness to explore. Please bring yourself, your curiosity, and something to write with.
