Join Writing Our Legacy for the first Downs to the Sea Water Day at Falmer Pond in Sussex. Explore the local setting of this body of water with a history stretching back to the Saxon times. What connections do we find here on the South Downs beside a village pond that is filled primarily by rainwater and sometimes known as a ‘dewpond?’
During this workshop, there will be opportunities to follow creative prompts from our artist/writer, explore the local environment and share ideas and refreshments.
Refreshments and all materials will be provided.
This is an inclusive, participatory workshop for adults welcoming BPOC folk, people of our LGBTQ+ and disability communities, creatives, supporters, friends, newcomers and all. No previous experience required.
