Event description

Description

A building; a page; a period of time: Each can become a space rich with creative possibilities.

In this workshop we will explore spaces around us and put words on the page in front of us, venturing into that poetic territory between ‘the known world and the gravitational pull of what lies beyond knowing.’

Whatever your experience in writing poetry, you are invited to come and enjoy shaping something new in a morning of writing in this unique space of sanctuary at the City’s centre.

We will meet in the Library at Chester Cathedral.

Led by Julia McGuinness, Chester Cathedral’s Poet-in-Residence and Andrew Rudd, Poet-in Residence at Manchester Cathedral
