Writing: Swearing is all about exploring the wild side of language & having some fun whilst you’re at it. Through fast-paced prompts led by writer Laurie Bolger you’ll generate fresh new ideas & discover how swearing can fuel creativity & emotional honesty.

We’ll draw inspiration from poems, stories, comedy & beyond!! 💬 No experience needed. Everyone welcome!

🌟 About Laurie Bolger

Laurie Bolger is a London-based writer and the founder of The Creative Writing Breakfast Club, as featured in Time Out. Her workshops are known for being cosy, creative and confidence-boosting—perfect for anyone looking to rediscover the joy of writing.

Her work has featured at Glastonbury, the TATE, Sky Arts and beyond, and her latest poetry collection Lady was published by Nine Arches Press. Laurie has won The Moth Poetry Prize and been shortlisted for the Sylvia Plath, Bridport and Forward Prizes. She’s also collaborated with organisations like Google, Liberty, Choose Love and Mind UK.
