Writing the Seasons: Spring
Overview
Treat yourself to a day with likeminded people and join Dr Kevan Manwaring, for the first of four seasonal creative writing workshops.
A series of 4 linked creative writing workshops for adults drawing inspiration from the changing seasons and the beautiful reserve of Kingcombe. We’ll look at the way various writers have responded to the respective season and we’ll take our notebooks for a gentle amble around the trails, weather permitting and tailored to your ability (disabled access to pond, bird hide and centre). Short writing activities will generate starting points for poems, short stories and life-writing. No experience necessary.
Please bring your own writing materials of choice.
