The increasing speed of the news cycle and the messages transported can be tough to deal with. In this workshop, we turn to creative nature writing as a way of expressing and making sense of difficult emotions. Over three sessions (2.5 hours), using different prompts and exercises, we will explore how the process of observing and writing about nature, can offer a route into hope-filled resilience.
The sessions take place on Thursdays 2nd, 9th and 16th October 2025. The start time for each session is 4.30pm – 7pm (UK timezone).
Please note that at Tariki Trust, we generally do not record our online events. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds to people who do not show up assuming that they will get a recording.
Please note that although this event is part of the Ten Directions training course for ecotherapy practitioners, anybody can book and take part in this public online event. If you are interested, please do buy a ticket – all are welcome!
