Welcome to a Writing Workshop at Ballyscullion Park with Mary Farrell: The Power of Place. Join us for an inspiring day of creativity and learning in the beautiful setting of Ballyscullion Park. Whether you're a seasoned writer or just starting out, Mary Farrell will guide you through exercises and techniques to enhance your writing skills. This in-person event is a fantastic opportunity to connect with fellow writers, share ideas, and receive feedback on your work.

Places limited to 12 participants.

10.30am - 12.30pm: workshop

12.30pm-2pm: Lunch break

2.00 pm - 3.30pm: workshop


Course Content: Mary Farrell on The Power of Place

We will be looking at places:

  • from different perspectives
  • how they influence Characters and Action
  • the Magic of Place
  • how they help to 'create' who we are today

Additional Guarantee: If anyone produces a completed piece of work as a result of Mary's Course, if they wish they can arrange:

  • An Editing Zoom with Mary Farrell
  • after which their work will be submitted to Charlie Cawte, the Editor of Impspired Press

with a view to it being published in both the Impspired online magazine, and the subsequent Print Edition
