WSET Bitesize - What is Pinot Gris/Pinot Grigio?

Pinot Gris and Pinot Grigio are made from the same grape but are two different styles of wine. Vanessa Guébels, founder of Weeno wine school, will explain the origins of the grape, the differences between these two wine styles from France and Italy, and the key flavours and aromas you can expect to find in both.

Vanessa Guébels, Wine Educator, Weeno

Vanessa co-founded Weeno. After 10 years of career in sales and marketing, she moved her professional career to wine by following the WSET trainings and obtained her Level 4 Diploma in Wines and Spirits in 2018.

Vanessa opened her wine school in Marseille to share her passion. She first started teaching and tasting with her friends and neighbors in her living room before expanding the business in Paris and online. She has also worked as a Director of Education at Château de Pommard for 3 years.

In 2022, Vanessa decides focus on her own business and launched new spirits and sake trainings and started selling wine, spirits and sake.
