The pitfalls of surrender and forfeiture and how not to get caught out
Join the WSP Solicitors Commercial Property team at Blackfriars from 5.30pm on 11th October for an informative seminar. We will be discussing the pitfalls of surrender and forfeiture, and will advise on how not to get caught out.
This seminar will give an insight into the main issues that arise in these areas and how to deal with them in order to avoid costly litigation. We will also offer practical advice on bringing and defending claims involving such issues. There will be an opportunity to network, as well as time to meet the speakers and get your questions answered.

James Rudall has specialised in property law since his practice as a trainee solicitor at Eversheds from 1998 and since qualifying as a solicitor in 2001. James gained the higher rights qualification in 2005, allowing him to practice with the same rights as a barrister, and in 2013, James was called to the bar, practising as a fully qualified barrister specialising in property and commercial law.
James has extensive experience in property law matters with nearly 20 years experience in dealing with landlord and tenant law in both contentious and non contentious practice and in dealing with commercial, residential and agricultural property law matters. James also has experience in dealing with planning law and Judicial Review proceedings.
