• Research - WTPN research apprentice standards and solutions to meet your needs. If you want a more in-depth look into how apprenticeships can fit into your business, WTPN can also create you a bespoke Apprenticeship Development Plan.
  
• Find a training provider - WTPN can arrange meetings for you to meet with training providers and facilitate a handover once you've chosen a provider. Including helping you with any forms.
  
• Advertise - WTPN can help you to write an advert to attract a more diverse applicant pool as well as create promotional material to help advertise your vacancy and post on their social media channels & share with our network/the local community.
  
• Funding options - Discuss different funding options available to you depending on the age of your apprentice.
  
• Set you up for success - You will recieve support on setting everything up for your apprentices start. This could include helping with shortlisting candidates, interview questions and contracts.
