Wu Tai Chi
Tai Chi is an old Chinese tradition that is aimed at reducing stress and anxiety and is a form of ‘meditation in motion’.
A health promoting exercise, Tai Chi involves slow movement with gentle breathing and relaxation and is suitable for people of all fitness levels.
The Wu Tai Chi session will consist of some warm up exercises to start with, followed by a sequence of movements aimed at exercising the body and calming the mind.
