10.05am Update on the Year 3 themes of the Project - with support from Dr Richard Crisp

    • SCAN
    • Recruitment & sustained employment
    • Co-production and involvement

10.35am Research update

    • Early intervention/service impact work

10.50am Break

11.00am Introduction of theme pick exercise

11.10am Workshop session 1 - Person-centred

    • How do we ensure that we maintain a focus on assets and strengths when supporting people with multiple or complex needs?
    • What are the challenges we need to overcome and how can we achieve this?

11.50am Workshop session 2 - Systems

    • How do we successfully bring about service flex and systems change?
    • What challenges need to be faced and what techniques can we use to meet those challenges?

12.30pm Round up and close with questions from the floor

12.45pm Lunch

The Business Review is free to attend.

Venue

Leeds City Museum is located on Millennium Square in the city centre. Leeds train station is approximately 10 minutes walking distance.

The museum has full disabled access with lifts to all floors and toilet facilities.
