WYDM Fitness Fundraiser

Jacqueline Fernandez, the CEO and Founder of What You Do Matters and her friend Tanya Earle will be taking part for the BIG London Marathon on Sunday 23rd April 2017. Both have a target of £2,000 to reach for their chosen charity Guy's Trust before the 26.2mile race!
We want to invite you to our first Fitness Fundraiser on Saturday 25th March 2017 at the Olympic Park in Stratford!
Time? Warm up starts at 10am so don't be late!
Anyone over 16 is welcomed! Please ensure you are wearing appropriate workout attire! We will have our staff on hand should you wish to bring your children along, we can entertain them whilst you work out!
What will the day consist of?
We have 5 incredible Personal Trainers from Nuffield health who will be working you out!
It will consist of:
Luke - Bootcamp
Silvia - Boxing
Samira - Lower Body and Abs
Ellie - Sprints, relay
Sam - Warm down and pilates
How hard or easy are the workouts? We want you to work up a sweat so if you up for burning off those calories, this is for you!
How much will it cost?
For a 3 hour one off workout, tickets will cost £10.00 per person which will include a bottle of water. All proceeds will go towards Jacqueline and Tanya's London Marathon Charity.
Snacks and drinks can be purcahsed on the day!
The Personal Trainers taking part:
Luke Spencer- Fitness and wellbeing advisor
“Luke is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competitor and coach, regularly competing at National and European level competitions. He is also keen on using bodyweight/plyometrics for both his clients and his own workout.”
Silvia Cerri- Fitness and wellbeing advisor
“Silvia hails from Italy and fitness has always been a part of her lifestyle. She combines her knowledge for boxing, HIIT and Calisthenics in all of the classes she teaches. She has been practising gymnastics from the age of 5 and has uses that skill towards her training.”
Ellie Richardson- Fitness and wellbeing advisor
“Ellie is classical dancer, performing in London, Barcelona and New York. Ellie incorportates her marathon training, ballet and HIIT training in her classes. She enjoys focusing on endurance based workouts, but is always on the look out for a new challenge.”
Samiria Arnaout- Fitness and wellbeing advisor
“Samira is super passionate about fitness. If she’s not teaching a Spin class or Sculpt class you will find her always training or competing in bodybuilding competitions.”
Sam Bernard- Studio Manager
“Sam specialises in Pilates , Pre and Post natal pregnancy and also helping others rehabilitate from injuries in becoming fighting fit and bouncing back into activity.”
