Join wellbeing and mindfulness coach, Charlotte Wiseman, in our Mind & Body Studio for a free morning workshop.

X-FIT FOR THE MIND is an evidence-based mental fitness classes shown to reduce stress, boost motivation and enhance relationships.

In this session we will explore communication skills and forgiveness, understanding their role in our physical health, mental fitness and daily performance.

This session will teach individuals empirically-proven techniques to cultivate more compassion towards themselves and others to reduce stress, promote health and build more positive relationships.

You will walk away inspired and ready for the day ahead.
