Get ready to stretch, breathe, and flow your way into the new year with this extended two-hour Yoga Class. Designed to support you through the transition from the Christmas buzz into the calm of the New Year, this in-person practice will help you ground, reset, and reconnect with yourself.
Whether you're brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you’re welcome to join us as we soften, breathe, and welcome fresh energy. Together, we’ll make the transition smooth, steady, and empowering.
We’ll begin by checking in with ourselves, then move into an energising first hour of Vinyasa Flow. The second half gently shifts into restorative postures and deep relaxation, creating space to set meaningful intentions for the year ahead.
