If you are new to Ecstatic Dance, you might wonder what exactly is it?
It is a dance/movement practice to explore the exhilarating feeling of moving your body freely. You are invited to move, play, connect, sweat, stretch, sound, unwind, renew, release, improvise, transform. Be true to yourself, while respecting your body, in this space that we co-create together. Move your body, unleash the wild dancing self without caring what people think, claim your freedom, open your heart & touch the infinite! Dance as your body wants to move, it is the only dance partner that knows you best. The music will take you into an ecstatic journey to help you with the intention you bring with you.
Our sessions are held every Second Sunday of the month) at the Unitarian Church on Hammond Hill in Chatham, plenty of free parking on Sundays.
Please note: the entrance is not from Hammond Hill. It is from the big main road ( New Rd Avenue at the top of the hill)
Time: Second Sunday of the month from 10.30 am - 12.30 pm.
Spaces are limited. Tickets are £15 (+ booking fee/tax = £16.22)) £18 at the door (cash with exact money please )
