Fe'ch gwahoddir i ddod i Gynhadledd Genedlaethol Gwaith Ieuenctid 2020

Mae'r gynhadledd eleni wedi'i datblygu gan Grŵp Marchnata a Cyfathrebu Gwaith Ieuenctid. Mae wedi'i anelu'n bendant at ymarferwyr gwaith ieuenctid. Bydd cyfle i chi glywed yn uniongyrchol gan y Gweinidog Addysg, a fydd yn sôn am ei blaenoriaethau ar gyfer gwaith ieuenctid yng Nghymru. Bydd Keith Towler yn rhoi diweddariad ar waith y Bwrdd Gwaith Ieuenctid Dros Dro. Yn bennaf oll, mae'r gynhadledd wedi'i chynllunio i gefnogi eich dysgu proffesiynol ac i roi cyfle i chi rwydweithio.

Dewiswch o'r gweithdai isod os gwelwch yn dda. Bydd y sesiynau gweithdai yn cael eu hailadrodd yn y prynhawn.

Sylwer:- Nifer cyfyngedig o leoedd sydd ar gael ym mhob gweithdy a byddant yn cael eu neilltuo ar sail y cyntaf i'r felin. Lle y bo'n bosibl, byddwch yn cael gweithdy yn seiliedig ar y dewis a nodir gennych. Bydd y gweithdai a neilltuwyd i chi yn cael eu cadarnhau wrth gofrestru ar ddiwrnod y gynhadledd.

National Youth Work Conference

You are invited to attend the 2020 Youth Work Conference.

This year’s conference has been developed by the Youth Work Marketing and Communications Group. It is aimed firmly at youth work practitioners. You will have the opportunity to hear directly from the Minister of Education on her priorities for youth work in Wales as well as an update from Keith Towler on the work of the Interim Youth Work Board. Primarily though, the Conference is designed to support your professional learning and to provide the opportunity for networking with your peers.

Please make your choices from the workshops below. The workshop sessions will repeat in the afternoon.

Please note: Places in each workshop are limited and they will be filled on a first come first served basis. Where possible, you will be allocated a workshop based on preference indicated. Your allocated workshops will be confirmed at registration on the day of the conference.

  1. ‘What does the Future of Youth Information in Wales look like?’ (Arielle Tye, ProMo Cymru)
  2. “We’re the Welsh and our language is Cymraeg” (Ashok Ahir, UK Government in Wales)
  3. ‘Using a Youth Work approach to help address the issue of youth homelessness’ (Nick Hudd, Pembrokeshire Youth Service)
  4. ‘Relationships & Sexuality Education and Youth Work’ (Corinne Fry, Neath Port Talbot Youth Service)

Dietary requirements

We will be catering for a wide range of requirements on the day, but should you have any specific dietary needs other than vegetarian, please let us know by email.
