Y5 Moderation Workshop

The Y5 moderation workshop offers an opportunity for practitioners to engage in some external moderation of their teacher assessments in writing. Teachers will therefore need to bring a range of their children's writing books (below, at and above the expected standard for their age).

This is one of a suite of moderation sessions provided by primary adviser/moderation manager, Jane Gill working in partnership with Nottingham Schools Trust. This year there are writing moderation workshops for years 1, 3, 4 and 5 as well as the annual ones for the end of key stages 1 and 2.

The venue for all sessions is Nottingham Nursery School & Training Centre, Forster Street, Nottingham NG7 3DF which has plenty of on-street parking. The cost for non-NST schools is only £50 per delegate. Schools will be invoiced following the event. (There is no charge for schools in the Priority Literacy Project.)
