Yabun Festival is a one day celebration of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and is held on January 26 each year to coincide with Australia Day, a day that for many represents unresolved struggle. This is the 20th anniversary of the first Yabun Festival and promises to be an amazing event full of music, dance, story-telling and sport. We will arrive at the opening of the event and immerse ourselves in whatever happens to be happening. We hope to be able to bring you the welcome and corroboree. Most of all we will simply soak up the atmosphere and enjoy this totally unique experience.
