About this Event

After the overwhelming response at UK Drum Show 18 and the UK Headphone Sessions Tour earlier in the year. Yamaha are returning to UK Drum Show again to present its revolutionary and award winning EAD10, which has fast become an essential drummer’s tool. Hosted by Yamaha demonstrator Simon Edgoose with special guests amazing UK Drum Artists Duayne Sanford (Liam Payne, Honne, Christine and the Queens) and Ian Palmer (Richard Niles, Randy Brecker, Martin Taylor) two leading UK Drummers

Yamaha’s EAD is a ground-breaking new device which captures your Acoustic Drum kit sound and opens up a world of creative possibilities, in an easy and effective way. EAD is ideal for practice, recording, filming and amplifying your drumming performances.

Appearing on Staurday - Duayne Sanford is emerging as one of UK’s most prominent Drummer. Since his carear has started only 5 years ago he has worked with the likes of Liam Payne, Honne, Zak Abel, Devlin, Roots Manuva, Akala, Mansur Brown and amost recently Christine & The Queens whom he has completed a world tour/arena tour & festival run with. Duayne is known for having a meticulous ear for sonics and pays great attention to detail when learning or working out parts for heavily produced songs thus incorporating a lot of Yamaha electronics into his set up.

Appearing on Sunday - Ian Palmer started his professional career when he was just 16 years old, and over his 25 year career, has performed and recorded with many notable artists, including Richard Niles, Randy Brecker, Mark Egan, Nigel Hitchcock, Martin Taylor and Nigel Kennedy. A versatile and passionate performer, Ian has been particularly active on the London session scene having recently recorded drums on the soundtrack Tomb and can often be found playing drums at world renowned jazz club Ronnie Scott’s.

You may have heard about EAD, read about it or even seen videos, but now’s your chance to experience it yourself in a truly immersive enviroment. With only 50 spaces per session available booking is highly recommended via Eventbrite
