Join us for a transformative experience as we combine the dynamic practice of Ashtanga yoga with the deep relaxation of Yoga Nidra. This event will take place in person at Koko Studio(opposite Glasgow Central Station), where you can immerse yourself in a journey from movement to stillness. Discover the balance between effort and surrender, strength and softness, as you are guided through a practice that will leave you feeling both rejuvenated and at peace. Don't miss out on this opportunity to explore the powerful combination of these two practices in a welcoming and supportive environment.

We begin with a dynaminc flow; from Sun Salutations to the foundational standing postures of the Ashtanga Primary Series. From here we start to slow down the practice, focusing on longer held stretches, aiming to massage our internal organs, flush out toxins and allow new, oxygenated blood to flow into our muscles, joints and fascia.
