YDSC - An introduction to tooth wear.

This course will outline the current thinking in the diagnosis and treatment of tooth wear. We will discuss the aetiology and prevalence of tooth wear and highlight some of the current trends in the treatment of tooth wear.
The evening will end by evaluating the optimal time to intervene in case of tooth wear.
A delicious hot buffet will be provided.
Colin McGuirk BDS MSc (Dental Implantology), MClinDent (Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics)
Colin received his dental degree from Newcastle University and returned to the south west soon after. Colin has since performed extensive postgraduate training with dental experts from the UK, Europe and America. He has completed two masters degrees; an MSc in dental implantology and an MClinDent in fixed and removable prosthodontics and was awarded a distinction for both degrees. His particular interests are in the management of complex cases including tooth wear and the replacement of missing teeth. Colin’s expertise is in utilising minimally invasive, adhesive techniques to restore teeth.
