YDWC Social Change Conference
Fri 24 March 2017, 18:00 – 21:00 GMT
This event is free of charge and open to all who wish to meaningfully engage in our discussions. Light refreshments will be provided and you are welcome to network with our guests, at a private dining facility, after the conference.
Join us at UCL, as we discuss:
- Are young people from disadvantaged backgrounds forced to "code switch" and what impact does this have on their chances of achieving career success within British Society?
- Who should be primarily responsible for educating young people on how to manage their personal finances; what can be done to raise societal standards of 'personal finance education'?
- What can be done to challenge the cultural stigma that plagues young people, from diverse backgrounds, who are facing mental health issues?
