We would like to invite you to our Year 10 GCSE Preparation Evening on Thursday 23rd September 2021 between 5pm-8pm. This is set to be a fantastic event as the school has made a huge commitment to ensure your child is equipped with the highest quality resources. Not only will students have the necessary resources but parents will be guided on how to support their child throughout their GCSEs.

Only parents/carers who attend this evening with their child will be provided with these free resources.

Due to the current circumstances and to ensure we reduce the risk of COVID 19, parents will need to book an hour time slot between 5pm and 8pm.

Your options will be:

5pm-6pm

6pm-7pm

7pm-8pm.

There will be a limited number of tickets available for each time slot and they will be distributed on a first come first served basis.The hour session will consist of parents receiving a pack of revision resources as well as key information before attending a carousel of four 15-minute activities which include:

1. Revision Techniques

2. Core Subject Information

3. Head of Year Presentation

4. Mental Health and Wellbeing

Members of the pastoral team along with the senior leadership team will be available before you leave if you wish to discuss anything further.

It is important to note that this is not a regular parents evening as this will take place on the 7th July 2022. Please do not hesitate to contact me or Miss Thompson if you have any questions or queries.
