Year Closing Flow

Join us for a very special end-of-year yoga event on Sunday 14th December at 6:30 PM at Gem Love Tattoo Studio.
This 90-minute session is designed to help you release the energy of the year that is ending and create space for everything you want to call in for 2026.

We will begin with a 10-minute ritual, writing on small papers what we want to let go of — habits, energies, emotions, or situations we no longer want to carry (for them burning them together in my cauldron)
You will be guided to gently release them, opening space for clarity and renewal.

Then we move into a 50-minute Vinyasa Flow, dynamic and fluid, designed to help the body process and liberate stagnant energy. Expect a grounding and uplifting sequence that connects breath, movement, and intention.

We end with a 30-minute meditation, a deep closing practice to release old energy, and bring you into a state of peace and expansion. This meditation will guide you through releasing, cleansing, and welcoming the new year with clarity.
