Year in Review Workshop

Join us for Your Year in Review, an essential workshop designed to help you reflect on 2025 and step confidently into 2026.

​This session will guide you through intentional reflection, peer-to-peer discussions, group activities, and journaling exercises. Together, we’ll explore the defining moments of 2025, how they’ve shaped who you are today, while identifying areas for growth and helping you refresh your mindset for the year ahead.

​Our goal is to help you enter 2026 with renewed clarity, confidence, and purpose, grounded in self-worth and ready to believe in yourself in a whole new way.

​We will also be creating Christmas Baubles together, a keepsake for you or someone for you to give to. You’ll have the opportunity to print a picture of you or a favourite memory, to have as a Christmas decoration. (The cost of this is included in your ticket price)
