Accomodation is not included in the price, there are many bed and breakfast and hotel options nearby to suit all budgets. I am happy to signpost

On this retreat, teas, coffees, cold drinks, herbal teas, cows milk and milk alternatives are provided. Cakes, biscuits, fruit and snack for break times during the retreat. Attendees purchase lunch to eat locally & arrangements are made for evening meals where each person pays for their own meal

All attendees receive a WeBe Tai Chi bag with a programme for the retreat and anything required to participate in Tai Chi/Qi Gong. Cacao/Matcha both ceremonial grade for an evening meditation. Yoga mats are not provided

Can anyone do Tai Chi?

Yes, all practices on retreat are suitable for all and can be adapted to meet individual needs

Finalising form work, meditations, finishing despacho work and closing ceremony with letters. Depart for Waxham Barns to finish the retreat with more Cake!
