The classes will be run by Julia Georgallis: Julia is a Londoner with a weakness for baked goods who worked as an industrial designer for four years. 2 and a half years ago, she swapped her design job for an apron and learnt how to bake bread. She has run a great many workshops all over the country, from teaching children about flatbreads in Stroud to making focaccia on a council estate in London. She currently works part time as a baker at Better Health Bakery, Haggerston, London and is studying for a qualification in Nutrition when not running The Bread Companion.
