An established, Licensed insights discovery practitioner who is passionate about making a difference and having a positive impact on the lives of people. Over 25 years experience within Pharmaceutical Industry, health and social care, excelling in stakeholder management and leadership development. Supporting individuals and teams within organisations to lead in a collaborative way so as to achieve shared objectives and raise individual and team performance.
Toyin will use "Insights Discovery" which aims to improve workplace relationships and performance by helping individuals understand themselves and others better, ultimately leading to more effective communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution. It addresses challenges in understanding diverse personalities and behaviours, promoting self-awareness, and enhancing team dynamics.
