Description

From international partnerships to launching new assets & I.P.; learn how the leading brands diversify their revenue streams

With Arsenal FC Partnerships Manager Amiel Walia, Ministry of Sound brand director Andrew Akuffo and our third special guest TBA!

KRPT are curating their first event with Young Guns Network, aimed at shedding light on how innovative brands are diversifying their revenue streams through innovation & partnerships. Arsenal FC, Ministry of Sound and our third special guest (TBA) will be walking through their own case studies as we learn about new strategies that are driving results.

Young Guns Network has been providing a meeting point for young, ambitious media professionals since 2013. Following its inception, over 1,500 under-30s have joined and continue to engage with the initiative’s events, conversations and, of course, other members. Retaining the YGN blueprint, 3 respected guests will be leading the inspiring talks and Q&As to discuss their respective fields.

Amiel Walia has over 10 years worth of experience working for some of the biggest companies in TV, advertising, and culture. Starting at Channel 4 television, he was responsible for managing some of the biggest agency groups in the UK. He now works for Arsenal football club (a personal dream come true as a die hard fan) and is responsible for generating revenue for the club through commercial partnerships in Africa, Middle-East, and North/South/Central America.

Andrew Akuffo has 16+ years experience working both in-house and at agencies, creating and delivering multi-platform marketing and experiences. He is now the Director of Events & Brand at Ministry of Sound, a newly created position. Andrew is focussing on bringing new partnerships to the table that can reposition the brand to an ever changing audience, but only with the right partners.

Akuffo said: “The next big focus is brand partners, only through a lens where we are adding value for the listeners and the brands. It’s great coming into a company where the brands want to talk to us."

Stay tuned for our third speaker announcement!
